1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and VIXION Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), a creative media brand operating in Dubai, UAE, concerning your access to and use of our digital portfolio, website, and inquiry services. All formal commercial engagements, contracts, and invoicing will be executed through our authorized, licensed legal entity partner in the UAE.

2. Media Production Services

All production timelines, deliverables, and costs will be agreed upon in a formal Statement of Work (SOW) or invoice. Standard quotes include up to three (3) rounds of revisions. Any further revisions may incur additional fees.

3. Payment & Deposits

To secure production dates, a standard 20% non-refundable deposit is required upfront, unless otherwise stated in your specific contract. Final deliverables will not be released without watermarks until full payment is received. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and approved cryptocurrencies.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including video reels, photographs, design, and text, is the exclusive intellectual property of Vixion Studio and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws. You may not download, copy, or reuse any of our materials without express written consent.

Upon full payment for services rendered, clients receive a license to use the deliverables as outlined in their specific contract. Vixion Studio retains the right to use all produced content in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

5. Approvals, Permits & Compliance

For shoots taking place in Dubai, we adhere strictly to the Dubai Film and TV Commission (DFTC) and General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) regulations. Any delays caused by permit rejections outside of our control do not constitute a breach of contract on our part.

Media Regulatory Office (MRO): Where applicable, commercial content must comply with UAE National Media Council / MRO advertising standards.

Content Restrictions: Vixion Studio strictly complies with UAE Federal Law No. 34 of 2021 (Cybercrimes Law) and cultural guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse or halt production on any project that violates UAE religious values, public morals, or state policies.

Privacy & Consent: The Client is solely responsible for securing necessary model releases and consent from individuals (including employees or event guests) filmed on private property, as photographing individuals without consent is strictly prohibited under UAE law.

6. Pricing & VAT

In accordance with the UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA), a standard Value Added Tax (VAT) of 5% applies to all services rendered within the UAE. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the official quotation, all estimated prices displayed on our platforms are exclusive of VAT.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vixion Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
